Terms of use

Effective October 25, 2026. These terms apply to GovBot Treasury Fiscal Data at fiscal.govbot.ai, operated by Ideation Lab, Corp.

Permitted use

Use this read-only service for public-record research. No sign-in or purchase is required. Respect rate limits and the published terms of the Fiscal Data API. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service or submit confidential information.

Source qualifications

Preserve the stated dataset, endpoint, record date, update frequency and retrieval time when reusing results. Values are Treasury’s published values; Treasury can revise them, and datasets that report related totals define them differently, as stated in each dataset’s notes and known limitations. An error or an empty result is not evidence about a value.

Limits of the service

Results are published reference data. They are not investment, legal or accounting advice, recommendations or forecasts. Records are provided as available without a guarantee of completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular decision. GovBot is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the Bureau of the Fiscal Service or any government agency. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
